And then another simple one... Every now and again Neil likes to switch it up and just engrave a fun, little buckle. This exquisitely intricate, engraved Taos belt buckle with a 1¼" (32mm) opening is just that. It has engraved minimalist checkering on the tangs (above and below buckle opening) and on the tongue. The engraving on the tongue is something Neil's been doing lately, adding another touch of class.
The band or ribbon through the middle of the design optically divides the buckle into outside and inside the ribbon. And the interplay between the ribbon and the checkered sections on both tangs, creates an interesting appearance that almost changes the shape of the buckle itself, and gives it much more of a curved line at first impression.
This beautiful buckle is, of course, named for the three roses on the buckle, and looks very nice on a
straight, 1¼" (32mm) strap.
The customer who purchased this belt buckle requested a single engraved silver keeper to match the buckle. It turned out to be a beautiful set.
