This attractive, hand engraved, one-of-a-kind money clip is Neil's second this month (Nov. 2014). He enjoys small canvases, perhaps partly because it challenges him to create a beautiful design within the small space. Maybe it's akin to expressing oneself succinctly in speech or writing.

This engraved design is classic rose and scroll, with the center oval space engraved with roses and rosebuds. The surrounding scrollwork is symmetrical, which is a little unusual for Neil; he often prefers approximate symmetry, or the appearance of symmetry. As usual, Neil purposefully makes the top of the design lighter and airier than the bottom, giving it a nice, directional flow.

The back of the money clip is plain, un-engraved.
