Robert had been perusing the earlier engraved ranger buckle sets and really liked some from 2002 and 2004. We named this fully engraved ranger set "Re-Visit", as it's a re-visit of some of those designs in an updated execution. Neil is continually honing his skills and this buckle set shows that beautifully with its finely detailed engraving.

The design is symmetrical, and although basic, is refined in its execution. The center area of the buckle is heavily shadowed, as if recessed, creating a center and another dimension. This technique is repeated on the tip and a little on the keepers. Neil used a lot of leaf-patterning, especially noticeable on the tip.
